Pricing, shipping, relisting
decisions, and how you get paid are among the details that should be worked
out before you list an item for someone. If you would like to offer your selling
services to others (you can also offer to buy for others), you need to demonstrate
some selling prowess and that you??™re a good eBay member:
??? Recent sales experience. You must have sold an average of four or more items per
month for the last three months.
??? eBay buying and selling track record. Your feedback score must be 100 or better.
QUICKFACTS
BECOMING A POWERSELLER
So you??™ve been selling a lot of items on eBay and covet
that slick icon you see next to a seller??™s User
ID. Becoming the big dog of eBay selling is not a trivial
matter, however, and eBay only hands these icons out
after you??™ve earned your eBay stripes. (You are invited to
join when eBay determines you??™ve met their criteria.) To
qualify to become a PowerSeller:
??? For three consecutive months, average at least
$1,000 in eBay sales per month (from eBay.com
and specialty sites: Half.com, eBay Express, and
eBay Motors)
??? Have a feedback score of 100
??? Have 98 percent or more of positive feedback
??? Be an active member for 90 days
??? Have your eBay account in good standing and
comply with eBay policies
NOTE
Announced at eBay Live! 2007 were several forthcoming
changes to the PowerSeller program.
