11. The buyer and seller now are communicating. The Dispute Console now becomes the
way by which the seller and buyer track communication.
12. At some point, the dispute will be closed. If it is closed because both parties are now
satisfied, the seller will not receive a final value fee credit. If the transaction is mutually
determined to be voided, the seller receives the final value fee credit. If no resolution
can be reached, the seller can receive a final value fee credit and can relist the item.

A final value fee tells you the total cost of a listing, including the fees you paid

information about an item in the description, including
shipping and handling costs. You can make it easy
for the bidder/buyer to check out and pay for the item,
including PayPal as an option. You can ship using
insurance to prove the item has been received, and
