1. In the To field of the e-mail, type spoof@ebay
.com or spoof@paypal.com. Do not alter the
subject line. Don??™t attach the e-mail to one you
are sending to the security site since that destroys
some of the detection capability that eBay has.
2. Delete the e-mail from your e-mail account or inbox.

7. The transaction ID will be displayed in the PayPal Transaction ID text box. Click Continue.
8. You will be asked to specify the reason for the transaction. Click the applicable reason
under Reason For Opening Dispute, and click Continue.
9. You will be asked for further information. Continue to fill in the form as you are
prompted.
