USE THE ACCOUNT GUARD REPORT FORM
To report a suspicious Web site or one clearly
impersonating eBay, click Account Guard and click
either Report This As A Suspicious Site or Report
Another Site. An e-mail
form is displayed in
which you can type the
circumstances for your
suspicion.

eBay facilitates communication between the buyer and
seller by providing contact information, by providing a
Dispute Console where communications can be easily
tracked by both parties, and by structuring the feedback
system to be so evident to future buyers or sellers.
However, eBay cannot make a buyer pay for an item
or a seller send the item as promised. You will have to
do your own communicating with the other party. If you
use PayPal or a credit card, you might be able to get
reimbursed for legitimate abuses.
