To access it, click Live Help on the
eBay home page header. There are two paths to finding
advice here. Clicking the Account Security link will lead
you to finding advice. Just follow the prompts. You can
also chat directly with an agent online. Type your e-mail
address or User ID. Click the Subject down arrow, and
click Other. Click Send. When the agent appears, type
your message in the lower box and click Send to send
your message. Continue to chat with the agent until you
know the solution to your problem. Chapter 1 contains
additional information on using the Live
Help feature.

If you think you have been defrauded by a seller, you have some choices.
Table 9-1 explains the critical timing in any official disputes. If you have paid
for an item and have not received it, have received an item that is significantly
different from what you thought you had ordered, received an item that was
counterfeit, or returned an item but did not get the refund, you??™ll want to
proceed in this order:

e-mail to resolve the issue between the two of you.
