Click Security Center from the second footer links bar on the eBay home page.
(You can also click the Account Guard down arrow on the eBay Toolbar, and click
eBay Security Center.)
2. In the area entitled ???Have A Problem? We Can Help,??? click Report Another Problem,
and then click Report Problem.
3. The Contact Us form is displayed. Select Account Security and click Continue.
4. On the Contact Us: Account Security page, select your topic:
??? In Step 1, click a subtopic. For instance, if you no longer have access to your
account because you opened and responded to a fake eBay e-mail, click Email
Abuse. If the subtopic is not immediately apparent, click each one and see how the
subtopics in Step 2 relate to what you want to report.
??? When Step 1 is selected, click the subtopic in Step 2.
5. When your subtopics are selected, click Continue.
6. On the Contact Us page, see if the related Help pages resolve your problem. If not,
click Email Us With Your Question Or Concern.
7. On the My Messages: Contact eBay Customer Support page, shown in Figure 9-7, fill
in any relevant fields and your question or problem. The fields may vary according to
the nature of the problem reported. Then click Send.
