Sometimes it??™s easy to get carried away with
indignation. If the other party was at fault,
explain in a nonaggressive manner.
In some cases, negative feedback comments can be
removed. To do this, both parties must agree that the
comments are no longer appropriate. Both parties then
seek to have the negative feedback withdrawn with a
process called mutual feedback withdrawal.
1. To see whether this applies to you, click Security
Center in the second footer on the eBay home
page.
2. In the Security & Resolution Center, click Report
Problem. The option Report Another Problem
should be selected by default.
3. Under Contact Us, click Feedback and click
Continue.
4. In the Contact Us: Feedback page, in Step 1,
click Feedback Concerns. Then in Step 2, click
Review A Negative Feedback Comment For
Removal. Click Continue.
5. In the Contact Us page, click Can I Have
An Unfair Negative Feedback Comment
Removed?. You will see the procedure you
need to follow to get negative feedback mutually
withdrawn and links to
further action.
