If the
buyer or seller, however, is hard to deal with and you
can??™t resolve the issue, be specific about how you were
disappointed. Do not just say, ???This guy is a bum!??? Be
more constructive, saying something like, ???Two months
late in shipping. Does not answer e-mail.??? Keep in mind
that the other person can answer your negative e-mail,
leaving his or her own interpretation of the experience as
well as feedback for you, so be fair and accurate.

??? Use an escrow service for items of high value, usually over $500. The escrow service
will make sure that the item is received and approved before releasing the money
to the seller. If there is any question, or if the buyer is dissatisfied with the item, the
escrow service continues to hold the money until the item is returned to the seller.
