Your bottom
line as a seller demands that you be clear and precise. Questions to consider
include the following:
??? Does the description clearly describe the item, its
condition, prior history, color, brand, size, and any
other significant things about it? Is there anything
about the item you are trying to hide or deemphasize
that will be misleading to a buyer? If so, clarify it.
??? Have you represented the item fairly as to its condition
and value? Are you trying to make it sound like
something it is not?
??? Does the photo clearly show all parts of the item,
its blemishes as well as its strengths? Does it show
only the items being sold? Is the photo potentially
misleading? See Figure 9-1 for an example of a good
photo and description.
??? Is your return policy clearly stated?
??? How much do you charge for shipping and handling?
Do you require insurance? Do you ship overseas?
How much do you charge for international shipping?

payment policy. Is yours as clear?
