1. Open My eBay.
2. On the My eBay Views sidebar, under All Selling, click Sold.
3. Click the Action column down arrow for the item you want to
offer to another bidder, and click Second Chance Offer.

Relisting an item without changing anything seems
doomed to fail from the start. Consider changing the Sell
Your Item form before you try a second sale to resolve
one or more of these potential problems:
??? Item is too expensive. Lower the price by starting
the bidding at a lower starting price, remove the
reserve, accept a best offer, or lower the Buy It
Now price.
??? Item payment options are too restrictive.
Accept additional methods of payment.
??? Item cannot easily be found. Change the
category, add a second category, or change the
title to contain better keywords.
??? Item doesn??™t attract buyers. Change pictures
to give a better presentation or show more detail;
rewrite the item description to describe its selling
points; or add upgrades, such as a Gallery picture
or highlighting.
??? Item shipping and handling charges are too
excessive. Eliminate any handling fees, charge
exact shipping, and write off your time and
incidental expenses for this particular item.
