Consider
providing feedback to buyers after a transaction is completed as a mandatory
part of the sale. eBay recognizes that we are all busy people and makes the
action as easy as possible for us. (See Chapter 3 for information on writing
feedback for both good and bad experiences.)
1. To quickly find sales that need feedback, check the Selling Reminders view on
My Summary to see if you have any recent sales for which you haven??™t submitted
feedback. Click the link to open the Items I??™ve Sold view with only those listings
awaiting feedback displayed.
2. Click the Action column down arrow in a listing, and click Leave Feedback. The
Feedback Forum: Leave Feedback page is displayed (see Figure 8-9), where you can
assign a rating and type comments. Click Leave Feedback when finished.

1. To leave feedback for several listings at once, click Feedback on the My eBay View
sidebar. The Items Awaiting Feedback view opens, displaying listings that need
feedback either by the seller or buyer. Click the Leave Feedback button.
2. On this version of the Feedback Forum: Leave Feedback
page, each listing you have that is missing feedback is
displayed. Assign ratings and type comments. Click Leave
Feedback when finished.
Ship the Item
The most critical phase of the eBay transaction is moving
the sold item from the custody of the seller to the buyer.
