You are not the only one who can cancel a listing. If eBay
finds one of your listings in violation of its policies, it will
cancel the listing and send a cryptic message to any
member involved with the transaction (see Figure 7-15).

Closing Out Your Sale
In this chapter you will learn how to close out a sale. After the
sale is completed, there are still many things to do (or at least
monitor), including following up with the winning bidder or
buyer with payment instructions, receiving payment, shipping
the item, taking actions to avoid future issues with problem
bidders, and relisting items that didn??™t produce a sale the first
time around.
