2. On the Buyer/Bidder Management
page, click Add An eBay User To
My Blocked Bidder/Buyer List.
3. On the Blocking A Bidder/Buyer page, add the User IDs you want to block to the
Blocked Bidder/Buyer List text box. Type a comma after an entry, or press ENTER to
separate the User IDs.

To remove a previously blocked User ID, select the User ID from the text box and
press DEL.
4. Click Submit when finished.
End a Listing Early
There are several legitimate reasons why you might need to end a listing
before its natural conclusion (item is no longer for sale, item is broken, family
emergency prevents shipping, you discovered the item is a fake, and so on), and
there are many illegitimate or unethical reasons to stop a sale (a buyer contacts
you and offers to buy the item off eBay, you??™re just ???testing the market??? to
relist at a higher price, and so on). There is no penalty for ending a listing early
(eBay cannot force you to sell an item), but repeated premature endings will get
bidders??™ attention and ultimately eBay??™s. Early endings are differentiated on

Despite creating rules to limit buyers and bidders,
you can allow select members to ???blast through??? your
rules and bid or buy your items. On the Buyer/Bidder
Management page (see step 2 in ???Bar Bidders and
Buyers from a Listing???), click Add A Buyer To My Buyer
Block Exemption List.
