eBay creates a special category of changes that take
you directly to the upgrade options (and additional fees)
for your listing. What we would call just another listing
change (see ???Change a Listing???), eBay calls ???promote
your item.??? To ???promote??? your listing, use My eBay to find
the listing, and click its title to display it. On the View Item
page, click Promote Your Item under the item??™s title bar.
On the Promote Your Item: Picture & Item Details page,
make your upgrade choices, and click Continue. Click
Submit after reviewing the summary of upgrades.

4. Review your changes and make any other changes on the Sell: Promote And Review
Your Listing page. Click Save Changes at the bottom of the page when finished.
Buyers will see a summary of your changes if you changed your description, as shown
in Figure 7-12.

Buyers will see your added description below your original description (note that added
revisions to the description are date- and time-stamped).
Sell Similar Items
eBay provides a few slick features to keep you from having to recreate
a Sell Your Item form scratch when selling items that share
common details. For example, if you are selling anything in a series
where the only thing that changes is the issue or series number,
you only have to update that particular number instead of slogging
through the steps of the selling form.
