If any of these features are not shown on your Sell Your Item form, click the
Help icon next to Additional Information, click Show/Hide Options, and in
the Customize Form window, select the options that are unchecked, and
click Save.
SET BUYER??™S REQUIREMENTS
The Buyer Requirements area lists any class of buyers you want to prevent from
buying or bidding on your items.
1. After selecting this option and saving it from the Show/Hide window, change the list or
adjust several of the settings by clicking Add Buyer Requirements.
2. In the Buyer Requirements window, select the limitations you want, and click Save
when done.

ADD SALES TAX
See Chapter 5 for reasons why you will probably want to charge sales tax. (Can
you say IRS?)
1. Click the Sales Tax down arrow, and click the state where you pay taxes.
2. Type the percentage your state charges for your locale. If your state requires tax on
both shipping and handling costs, click the Also Apply To Shipping And Handling
Costs check box.
CREATE A RETURN POLICY
A clearly stated return policy (see Figure 6-18) in the
listing may save you money and hours writing e-mails
to a disgruntled buyer and avoid more severe actions
(see Chapter 9 for information on handling problem
transactions).
