Inserts allow you to
create and save text segments for use in item descriptions
(or to insert the entire item description and use it as a
template) in future listings. You can have up to five inserts of
4,000 characters or less each.

Click the insert you want, either a previous insert you created or an eBay-provided
insert. For example, the Seller??™s Other Items insert adds a link to your other items for
sale, and the Add To Favorites List insert lets buyers add you to their Favorite list.
(Ensure that you place your insertion point in the item description where you want the
insert to be placed.)
4. When finished, click Preview at the bottom of the Description window to
see how your description will appear in the listing buyers will see.
Add a Theme and Layout
In the Listing Designer section of the selling form ($0.10 fee), you can
easily add some flair and choose how your description and pictures
are arranged. Themes provide a template of color and graphics that
support a design, a topic of interest, or an eBay category. Layouts let
you choose how to locate pictures of your item in relationship to your
listing description.
1. In the Listing Designer area, click the Enhance Description With A Theme
And Picture Layout check box.
2. Click the Select A Theme down arrow, and select a category of available themes.
