REVIEW COMPARISON SITES
Besides eBay and other online auction sites (see
Figure 5-10), there are several other price-comparison
sites you can use to research product pricing. Three
popular sites are:
??? www.pricescan.com
??? www.pricewatch.com (for computer and electronic parts)
??? http://shopping.yahoo.com
??? www.google.com/products (a.k.a. Froogle)
Figure 5-9: Marketplace Research provides one-time
sales metrics, or you can opt for continuous access.
NOTE
Completed listings include fixed-price and eBay Store
listings that have sold, as well as auction listings that
have reached the end of their duration, regardless if
there was a winning bidder. Auction listings that have not
received a bid or whose bids did not reach the reserve
price are displayed with their prices in red.
