There is a fee for
receiving funds into the account. Personal Accounts are
for individuals. They are free and include standard benefits
for sending and receiving money, but cannot accept credit
card payments and do not have the special benefits
that Premier and Business Accounts have. Chapter 6
describes how to sign up for a Premier Account.

3. On the Enter Billing Information
page, enter the appropriate
information: country, credit card
number plus expiration date, and
that the correct name and address
is displayed, as seen in Figure 4-18.

create a password for PayPal
that is different from your eBay
password (it must contain at least
eight characters). In the Security
Measure area, type the string
of characters in the Enter The

the PayPal user agreement and
