To respond to feedback that another person has left
for you, display the feedback page, and click Reply
To Feedback Received found beneath the feedback
list. Type the User ID or item number and click Find
Feedback. Click Reply and type your comments in the
Reply text box. Click Leave Reply.

If you need to talk to the seller directly, ask when a good time would be to call so
that you can continue your conversation about the item. Unless you have placed a
bid, you will not have access to the seller??™s phone number. He or she may give it to
you, but may want to know you are a valid buyer first. Some sellers provide Skype
buttons in listings and on their About Me page that allow you to contact them for
voice or chat communication. See Chapter 5 for more information on Skype.
Look Up the Competition
When buying in eBay auctions, if you seem to be running up against the same
bidder??”and losing, or if you find that a competitor often bids on items you
want, you can get additional information about him or her for that slight edge.
