If a seller??™s feedback ratings are mostly negative,
then you can forget about dealing with this seller, but
if the feedback comments are overwhelming positive and
there are just one or two negative comments, then give
the seller a break.
Another shortcoming of feedback ratings is that often
a buyer or seller is hesitant to leave negative feedback
because the recipient might retaliate and leave negative
feedback on the other person??™s site. Keep the following
guidelines in mind when providing feedback:
??? Be fair and generous in your expectations of what
the other person did. If the item arrived intact and
pretty much on time, or if the item is as described,
then it probably is not worth a negative comment,
even if you are somewhat disappointed.

Compare Listings
You can compare items in a search listing. This allows you to see items side
by side, comparing item descriptions, time left, bids, seller??™s User ID, price,
shipping and handling costs, payment methods, and other variables.
1. On your search listing, click List View, if it is not
already displayed.
