click Send. The seller, if he or she is interested in selling the item, will quickly respond
to your question.

UNDERSTANDING FEEDBACK
Feedback comments remain one of the most important
tools you have to protect yourself. As an eBay user, you
can see three kinds of feedback comments: comments
from sellers that have sold to this user, comments from
buyers who have purchased an item from this user, and
comments the user has given to others. Nevertheless,
feedback ratings do have some drawbacks. For instance,
new sellers do not have a history, so although you must
take care in buying from them, you can also understand
their lack of feedback??”and they have to start somewhere!
You can use other buyer feedback to get a sense of how
sellers have handled eBay transactions in the past and
how they followed through with the purchases.
A more important drawback to consider is that any buyer
can enter misleading or even false and detrimental
information about a seller if the transaction is slightly
delayed, if the seller has not performed to some
hypothetical standard, or if the buyer is just having a bad
day.
