CAUTION
Sellers have the option of keeping their feedback
comments private. Be cautious about dealing with sellers
using this practice. They have eliminated one of your
most important ways of protecting yourself.
TIP
You can get some understanding of how the seller
cooperates and deals with buyers by reading the
seller??™s comments to others. What is the tone of the
communication? Are they helpful? Critical? Neutral? Click
the Feedback Left For Others tab to see the seller??™s
comments for others.

Meet The Seller links. A seller might have duplicate items available with fewer
bidders, or one of these auctions might be ending sooner than the first one you
looked at. You can also access the Seller??™s Other Items link from the Member
Profile page under Items For Sale or from My eBay views, such as Favorite
Sellers.
Ask the Seller Questions
Find out all you can about the item you are considering buying before you
make a bid. Ask the seller specific questions if the description does not provide
the information you need. To ask a seller questions:
1. Browse or search for the item you want. Click the item title or Gallery picture to display
the View Item page, such as you might see in Figure 3-3.
