FINDING A MEMBER??™S CONTACT
INFORMATION
To find a bidder??™s or seller??™s contact information, you
must be involved in a transaction with them.
1. On the eBay header, click Advanced Search.
2. On the Search: Find Items
page, on the Search sidebar,
click Find Contact under
Members. The page in
Figure 2-9 is displayed.
3. Type the User ID in the Enter User ID Of
Member text box.
4. Type the item number in the Item Number Of The
Item You Are Trading With The Above Member
text box. You will find the item number to the right
of the listing name in My eBay.
5. Click Search. If you qualify, the contact information
will be e-mailed to you. Your information will also
be sent to the other member, according to the
privacy policy.

Find a Store
To find a particular eBay Store, you can use the Search feature to find either the
Store by name or by keywords identifying the merchandise it sells.
1. Click Advanced Search on the eBay header.
2. On the Search sidebar, under Stores, click Find Stores.
