ending their auctions within five hours.
TIP
To change or refine your saved favorite search, click
Edit Search in the My Favorite Searches view on the My
eBay page (you might need to click the Action column
down arrow if Edit Search is not displayed). On the Save
As Favorite Searches dialog box, select the
criteria you now want for your search. Then
click Save to save the change.
TIP
You can also access up to three of your most recently
added favorite searches on the home page under the
Search box.

Use the Basic Search
The Search feature, found in the eBay header, can quickly narrow your quest for
information. By defining a good search, you can either get right to the item in
question or close to it. To perform a basic search:
1. On the home page (or on just about any eBay page), in the eBay header, type the
keywords for which you want to search.
2. Click the Categories down arrow, and click the category you want. An example is
shown in Figure 2-5.
3. Click Search. You will either be shown a listing of items or given an opportunity to
refine your search by specifying additional category information.
