Contact eBay
You can contact eBay by sending an e-mail (after verifying that your question
is not already answered somewhere else) or by talking to someone via a chat
program.
SEND AN E-MAIL
To contact eBay for help from the Help menu, you first must walk through a
series of questions and topics to make sure that the answer is not already in the
system. After you have gone through that, you can send an e-mail asking your
question.
1. Click Help on the eBay header.
2. Under the eBay Help sidebar, click Contact Us. A list of categories is displayed. Click
the category that most closely matches your question. Click Continue.
3. Within the topic you have selected, click a subtopic.

4. When you click it, you may be presented with another level of subtopic. Continue with
the refining of your question. When you are at the closest level to your question, click
Continue.
