the phone or via e-mail. If someone claims to be an
eBay employee and asks for your password, you can be
assured they are not who they say they are.
TIP
After registering, your User ID cannot be changed for
30 days.
NOTE
When you sign in, the Register link will not be present on
your screen. You can find Register To Buy in the site map
under Buy | Registration.

4. On the Register: Confirm Identity page, enter this information (if you already have
successfully registered or been ID Verified under another User ID, you may not need to
supply confirmation identification.
