You must be ID Verified or have a feedback rating
of at least 30 and be registered for at least two
weeks. If you have a PayPal account, you only
need a feedback rating of 15.
Private auction Allows the buyer to bid without revealing his or her user ID. Only
the seller knows who the bidder is. This is usually done when the
buyer might be embarrassed by the bid, such as with adult items or
pharmaceutical products. (To access mature items, buyers need to
provide verification data to ensure that they are at least 18 years old.)
You must obtain a seller??™s account. (If the option
is not showing on the Sell Your Item form, click
Show/HIde Options, click Format, and then click
Private Listing.)
Buy It Now
(Auction)
A combination auction that offers the item for a fixed price. If a buyer
agrees to pay that price, the sale is made. If a buyer offers a lower
price, however, the Buy It Now price is replaced with a normal auction
format.
You must be ID Verified or have a feedback rating
of at least 10 to offer a Buy It Now item. Feedback
requirement is only 5 if you have a PayPal

requirements for a Dutch auction.)
Buy It Now
(Fixed Price)
Offers the item for a given price, and there is no auction. You must have a feedback rating of at least 10 for a
single item or be ID verified (or, for more than one
item, have a feedback rating of 30 (15 with a PayPal
account) or be ID Verified and be a registered user
for at least 14 days.
